Korean-style curry is a Korean cuisine recipe. Curry conquered the whole world and Korea too, why not. But each country brings something special to this dish. The amount of curry is your personal choice, because in Korea they put a lot of it.

Recipe Ingredients

Pork Loin 250 g
Potatoes 500 g
Onion 250 g
Carrots 150 g
Curry 50 g
Rice 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

The Korean-style curry recipe is very easy and quick to cook, and the ingredients are quite affordable. Rinse the rice several times with cold water, and then pour it with the same cold water at a ratio of 1:1, cover with a lid and put on fire. Once the water boils, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes. Then open the lid, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

Potatoes, onions, carrots and pork cut into cubes, approximately the same size. Mix curry powder with three tablespoons of water.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the chopped pork and mix. Simmer until pork is white. Add potatoes and stir again, cook until potatoes are translucent. Periodically, you need to mix everything well.

During this time, the rice has already been cooked so that it remains warm, cover it with a lid and wrap it in a towel.

Add carrots and onions to pork and potatoes, pour in 2.5 cups of water, mix and cover. Cook the stew for 10-12 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

And the last ingredient, the most important one, which gives the main taste to this dish, is curry. Pour the mixture of curry and water into the enemy and mix well. Reduce heat to low and cook until sauce is creamy. Put warm rice on a plate, pour curry stew on top and serve immediately.
