Recipe Ingredients

Rice 340 g
Onion 1 pcs
Bell Pepper 1 pcs
Water 330 ml
Broth 100 ml
Butter 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove

Cooking Recipe

For the Spanish rice recipe, wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and chop finely. Peel the onion and finely chop as well as the pepper. Fry finely chopped vegetables and chopped garlic in butter. Beat the tomatoes with a whisk and add to the fried vegetables. Add spices, broth, water there, mix and bring to a boil.

Rinse rice, put on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Put the prepared vegetables on top of the rice in an even layer, cover with foil and put in the oven. Bake Spanish rice at 175-180°C (348-355°F) for 40 minutes.
