For the macaroni stuffed meatloaf recipe, wash the meat, cut into pieces and mince with the soaked bread. Salt, pepper the minced meat and put it on a damp cloth. Flatten the minced meat into an oblong, even layer of approximately 1.5 cm.

Boil the pasta in salted water, drain the water, season the pasta with butter and put it in the middle of the minced meat. Bring the edges of the minced meat together, carefully place the roll seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.

Brush the roll with egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, make a few holes and place in a preheated 200°C (390°F) oven. Bake meatloaf for 30-40 minutes. Cut the finished roll into portions and serve.
