Cottage cheese potato casserole - mashed potatoes, combined with a small amount of cottage cheese and baked in the oven.

Recipe Ingredients

Potatoes 1 kg
Sour Cream 0.5 cup
Wheat Flour 1 tbsp
Onion 1 pcs
Dill 2 tbsp
Vegetable Oil 1-2 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe cottage cheese potato casserole, peel, boil and rub through a sieve. Grind cottage cheese with sour cream and flour. Combine chopped onion with finely chopped dill.

Combine potatoes with curd mass, onion and dill, mix well. Grease the form with vegetable oil, lay out potato casserole and bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 20-30 minutes. Serve the goblin hot.
