Egg cutlets - a recipe of Moldovan cuisine, a very interesting and tasty dish, cutlets can be served with any tomato sauce or ketchup.

Recipe Ingredients

Eggs 9 pcs
White Bread 100 g
Milk 100 ml
Butter 3 tbsp
Wheat Flour 1 tbsp
Onion 1 pcs
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves

Cooking Recipe

For the egg cutlets recipe, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Boil eggs (8 pcs.), Dip in cold water, and then peel.

Pass the peeled eggs, bread soaked in milk, fried onions and garlic through a meat grinder or puree with a blender. In the resulting mass, beat in a raw egg, salt, pepper and mix well.
