Chicken chakhokhbili - the second chicken dish, a traditional Georgian cuisine recipe. Initially, chakhokhbili was made from a pheasant, thanks to which the name “chakhokhbili” itself arose, derived from the word “khokhobi” (Georgian ხოხობი) - a pheasant . But due to the low availability of pheasants, any poultry meat can be used for chakhokhbili, the Georgian chicken chakhokhbili recipe is very popular.
