Fish stuffed with fennel – a delicious dish of Moroccan cuisine, an interesting recipe for cooking fish. Any fat slave will do, it can be mackerel or herring. Stuffed fish is cooked on the grill, but if it is not there, you should not give up such a wonderful recipe, you can use a frying pan or oven.

Butter 100 g
Anise 1 tsp
Parsley 1 bunch
Dill 1 bunch
Chaber 1 tsp
White Pepper 0.5 tsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Saffron 0,5 tsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook fish stuffed with fennel, finely chop the white part of it, chop the garlic, or grate it. Wash greens and chop finely. Mix the prepared foods, add ground spices, cover with foil and refrigerate.

It is better to take fish with mackerel. To begin with, remove the ridge and entrails from the fish, all this needs to be done from the back. Stuff the fish with prepared filling and wrap with thread, but not tight.

Fry the prepared stuffed fish on the grill for 30 minutes. Stuffed fish should be chopped in several places during frying.
