Tava-kebab is a traditional dish according to the recipe of Azerbaijani cuisine. Tava kebab is an interesting way to cook kebab.

Recipe Ingredients

Lamb 1 kg
Onion 3-4 pcs
Ghee 5 tbsp
Eggs 10 pcs
Parsley 5-6 twigs

Cooking Recipe

For the tava kebab recipe, scroll the lamb pulp in a meat grinder with onions, add salt, pepper and knead well. Form small meatballs from the minced meat.

Fry the meatballs on both sides in oil. Place the meatballs in a serving pan and pour over the beaten eggs with salt. Place the pan in the oven and bake at 180°C (355°F) for 10 minutes. Serve tava kebab hot in the same pans, garnished with a sprig of parsley.
