Pork and beef cutlets - a recipe of Ukrainian cuisine, the cutlets are very tasty, airy and tender, you can serve salad, boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, pasta or porridge as a side dish for cutlets. Bread for cutlets should be used two or three days old, in no case fresh.

For the recipe pork and beef cutlets, wash the meat, cut into small pieces and scroll through a meat grinder with salo and onions. Soak the bread in milk and mix with minced meat, then salt, pepper, add eggs, mix well and beat off.
Cover the minced meat for cutlets with a film, refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Form small cutlets from prepared minced meat, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
