Fish rolls are fish rolls according to the recipe of Ukrainian cuisine. The fish in this recipe was used fatty varieties, and the dish turned out to be very juicy and tasty. For fish rolls, you can take the fillet of any fish.

Recipe Ingredients

Fish 700 g
White Bread 100 g
Butter 50 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Onion 1 pcs
For Tomato Sauce
Onion 1 pcs
Carrots 1 pcs
Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
Broth 1 cup
Bay Leaf 1 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For the fish rolls recipe, divide the fish fillet into two parts, beat off one part and divide into 4 approximately equal parts. Mince the other part in a meat grinder with onions and soaked bread.

Add the egg, salt, pepper to the prepared minced fish and mix well. Wrap the minced fish in the beaten parts of the fillet and form into sausages.

Dip the rolls prepared in this way in a lightly beaten egg, roll in flour and fry in butter. Pour fried fish rolls with tomato sauce and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

To cook the tomato sauce, grate the carrots and fry in vegetable oil. Finely chop the onion and add to the carrots. When the onion turns golden, add the tomato puree and pour in the broth. Mix well, salt, pepper, add bay leaf and let it boil for 3-5 minutes.
