Recipe Ingredients

Udon Noodles 200 g
Carrots 1 pcs
White Cabbage 1-2 leaves
Green Onions 1 bunch
Pork 150 g
Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp
For Yakisoba Sauce
Oyster Sauce 4 tbsp
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp

Cooking Recipe

To cook an Japanese cuisine recipe, udon noodles with pork and vegetables, cut the pork into thin strips 2-3 cm long.

Wash vegetables and herbs and chop finely.
