Garlic 1 clove
Dried Oregano 1 pinch
Dried Thyme 1 pinch
Onion 0,5 pcs
Orange Juice 50 ml
Jalapeño 0,5 pcs
Salt 0,5 tsp
For serving
Purple Onion 1 pcs
Cilantro 0,5 bunch
Tortilla 4 pcs

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for roasted pork tacos is very simple. Peel the onion and chop finely, chop the jalapeno very finely, and the garlic can be finely chopped or grated on a fine grater. Add spices to the onion, pepper and garlic, pour in the orange juice and stir.

Wash and dry the pork ham. Rub the pork well with the prepared marinade and place on a baking sheet. Cover the pork with foil and place in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F). Cook the meat for 3-4 hours.

After the time has passed, remove the foil and tear the meat into pieces using two forks. Place the pork back in the oven for 15-20 minutes, but without foil. The meat should be fried; you can sprinkle it with olive oil before baking.

When the meat is ready, you can assemble taco and serve. To do this, lightly fry the tortillas on both sides and finely chop the onion. Finely chop the cilantro or parsley. Place the meat in a toasted flatbread, sprinkle onions and chopped herbs on top and sprinkle with lime juice.
