Mushroom quesadilla - a recipe for Mexican cuisine, this dish is mainly cooked in the summer, any mushrooms can be used.

Champignons 500 g
Wheat Flour 3 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 1 tsp
Onion 1 pcs
Garlic 3 cloves
Hot Pepper 1-2 pcs
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

Stir and add mushrooms cut into thin slices. Mix everything and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms become soft. After salt and pepper.

Divide the dough into 12 parts, roll out cakes from each part approximately 14 cm in diameter and 3 mm thick. Put the mushroom filling on half of the cake, cover with the other half and connect the edges.

Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan, you can corn, about 1 cm. Fry prepared mushroom quesadillas in hot oil for about 2 minutes on each side. After frying, put the pies on a paper towel, allow excess fat to drain and serve.
