Rustic Cheese Quesadilla

For country-style quesadilla, mix sour cream with chopped garlic, grated cheese, salt and spices.

Put a tortilla in a baking dish, grease with a mixture of sour cream, sprinkle with finely chopped onions and cover with another tortilla on top. Brush again with the mixture, sprinkle with onions, etc. The last layer should be covered with a torrilla.

Cover the form with foil and put in the oven. Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 15-20 minutes. Once quesadilla is cooked, chop, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
