Chicken burrito is the national dish of Mexican cuisine. Burrito is made from corn tortilla stuffed with chicken.

For the chicken burrito recipe, the fillet must be boiled and cut into strips. Sliced fillet lightly fry in vegetable oil, add chopped hot peppers and garlic. If the tortilla was made with wheat flour, it can be rolled up, wrapped in foil and baked in the oven at 180°C (355°F) for 5 minutes. If the tortilla was cooked with the addition of cornmeal, then in this case it will not work to roll up. You can gently fold the burrito in half and lightly fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Chicken burrito serve immediately.
