Cooking Recipe

The recipe for twice-baked potatoes is very simple. Wash the potatoes well, prick them several times with a fork, place on a dry baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 1 hour. When potatoes are fully baked, remove from oven and let cool slightly.

Then cut the potatoes in half in the form of boats and take out the middle with a teaspoon. Mash the removed middle with the addition of butter, add milk, salt, pepper, grated cheese, finely chopped or grated onion and mix well.

Fill the potato boats with stuffing, place on a dry baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake potatoes at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes.
