Chicken shish kebab with pears and cheese - a Georgian cuisine recipe, it turns out a juicy shish kebab with a light aroma and taste of a pear.

Recipe Ingredients

Chicken 2-2.5 kg
Pears 500 g
Hard Cheese 200 g
Ketchup 300 ml
Onion 2-3 pcs
Bell Pepper 2 pcs
Breadcrumbs 100 g

For chicken skewers with pears and cheese recipe, chop the chicken into pieces and beat lightly. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

Peel the pears and cut into small cubes. Cut the stem off the sweet pepper, remove the seeds and cut into rings. Onion also cut into rings.

Mix chopped chicken, pears, peppers, onions and tomato sauce. Cover the dish with meat and marinate for an hour.
