Lamb 1 kg
Potatoes 1 kg
Carrots 2 pcs
Onion 2 pcs
Butter 50 g

Cooking Recipe

For the steamed lamb recipe, melt the butter in a heavy bottomed saucepan and add the lamb cut into pieces. Sprinkle lightly fried lamb with onions, cut into rings. Mix everything and fry until the onion is slightly golden. After salt, pepper, pour in water so that it covers the meat, cover and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces, cut the carrots into circles. Add the prepared vegetables to the meat, cover and simmer for another 30 minutes. Serve steam lamb hot, sprinkled with caraway seeds on top.
