Cooking Recipe

The recipe for chicken breasts with rice and green peas is very simple. Salt, pepper and fry the chicken breasts in oil. In a separate bowl, fry the chopped onion and garlic, add the broth, tomatoes and herbs.

Bring to a boil and add rice, simmer for 10 minutes. Pour in the peas, after 5 minutes add breasts and simmer until rice is fully cooked. As soon as the rice is ready, remove from heat, put the bay leaf, cover with a lid. Let infuse for 5 minutes.
