Chocolate Mousse Ingredients
- Egg white 3 pcs
- Dark chocolate 100 g
- Cream 33% 50 ml
- Sugar 50 g
- Butter 50 g
Chocolate Mousse Recipe
For the recipe chocolate mousse, butter and chocolate must be melted in a water bath. Separate the yolk from the protein. Whisk the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar while continuing to beat.
Pour melted chocolate and butter into protein with sugar. Gently, without whisking, mix everything well. Whip cream lightly and combine with all ingredients.
Transfer the prepared chocolate mousse to bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour. When serving chocolate mousse sprinkle with cocoa or ground coffee.
