Parmesan cheese straws - tender and at the same time with a crispy crust, the sticks are great as a starter or snack. If there is no parmesan, you can take any fatty cheese, dry it so that it dries up and grate into a powder.

Cream Cheese 250 g
Eggs 2 pcs

Cooking Recipe

The recipe for parmesan cheese straws is very simple. Finely grate Parmesan and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll into 10 cm sticks. Bake cheese straws in the oven at 170-180°C (340-355°F) for 15 min.
