Mushroom deviled eggs - a recipe of Belarusian cuisine, dried porcini mushrooms are used for stuffing, but you can take any other mushrooms.

Recipe Ingredients

Eggs 8 pcs
Onion 1 pcs
Dill 2-3 twigs
Ghee 1 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the mushroom deviled eggs recipe, finely chop the onion and fry in half the ghee. Soak the mushrooms, boil, finely chop and fry in the other half of the oil. Wash greens and finely chop.

Boil the eggs in a steep, peel, cut off the hat from the blunt end. Carefully remove the yolk from the eggs and mix it with fried mushrooms, onions and chopped herbs, salt and pepper.

Cut off some egg whites from the sharp end of the eggs so that you can set the eggs and stuff them with the prepared stuffing. Cover stuffed eggs with a cut lid and serve.
