Baked potatoes with meat – recipe for cooking Belarusian cuisine, you can take any meat - beef, pork or poultry will do. Products in a pot are laid out in layers and poured with kefir or yogurt. When serving, sprinkle the potatoes with finely chopped herbs.

Recipe Ingredients

Potatoes 12 pcs
Meat 300 g
Onion 4 pcs
Kefir 1 cup
Bay Leaf 1 pcs

Cooking Recipe

To cook baked potatoes with meat, wash the meat and remove the film and tendons. Cut the prepared meat into thin slices.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into large slices.

Put potatoes and meat in layers in a pot.

Finely chop the onion and place on top of the layers of potatoes and meat.

Salt and pepper everything, add bay leaf and pour over yogurt. Cover and place in an oven preheated to 250°C (480°F). Bake potatoes for an hour, then sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve the baked potatoes hot with gray bread and pickles.
