The recipe for sandwich with baltic herring and pickled onions is very simple. Baltic herring, do not wash, remove head and entrails. Removed the spine and flatten.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings and place in a deep bowl. Mix the prepared onion with salt, pepper and vinegar. Cover with film and set aside to marinate.
