Sandwich with baltic herring and pickled onions - a recipe from Swedish cuisine, a fragrant and spicy sandwich made from black bread, smeared with mustard, pickled onions and fried baltic herring, what could be simpler and better. The final touch and no less important is the greens; dill or fennel goes very well with fish.

Cooking Recipe
After frying, transfer the fish to a kitchen towel, add butter to the frying pan and lightly fry the bread on both sides. Place bread coated with mustard on a flat plate, then pickled onions and cover with fried herring. Garnish with dill and serve sandwich warm.
