Cooking Recipe

The recipe for dried sweet pepper is very simple. Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into slices. Place the prepared pepper on the drying rack, set to 60 degrees and dry. Pepper should be dried for 36 hours, this is the approximate time. As a result, the pepper should be completely dried.

When the pepper is dry, pour water and vinegar into a saucepan and put it on the fire. When the liquid boils, add the dried pepper and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Drain the liquid, it is no longer needed, and dry the pepper, you can also use a dehydrator for 30 minutes.

Transfer the peppers into sterilized dry jars, add chopped garlic, a pinch of salt and dried oregano. Pour vegetable oil over everything, preferably corn oil, cover with lids and put away. Let dried peppers stand for at least 3 weeks before enjoying them.
