Place the prepared pork legs in a roasting pan and pour over the broth and wine. Add peeled and coarsely chopped onion, bay leaf, black pepper, salt to the legs and put on medium heat.

Cook pork legs for 2-3 hours covered. To determine whether the legs are welded or not, they need to be removed and if the bone is easily separated, then the legs are welded.

When the legs are cooked, remove them from the fryer and remove all the bones.

Pour breadcrumbs into a bowl, pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and place over medium heat. Dip the legs in hot oil, and then roll in breadcrumbs.

Put the legs covered with breadcrumbs in a preheated pan and fry. The oil in the pan should be very hot, fry pork legs quickly, for 2-3 minutes.
