Salted salmon with sour cream and horseradish sauce is a Swedish recipe that can be seen on the table in Midsummer. You can add mashed potatoes to the sour cream and horseradish sauce. Next you should prepare the sauce. Grate the horseradish; you can use store-bought horseradish without adding beets. Add horseradish to the sour cream, salt and pepper, add lemon juice and mix. You can also add finely chopped herbs to the sauce. Place a spoonful of sauce on the bread, top with salmon, garnish with thinly sliced cucumbers and greens. You can sprinkle ground black pepper on top.
