Potatis gratin is very easy to cook. Potatis in translation means potato, and gratin is a dish covered with grated cheese or breadcrumbs and baked until golden brown.

Recipe Ingredients

Potatoes 1 kg
Milk 500 ml
Hard Cheese 100-150 g
Onion 2 pcs
Garlic 1 clove

Cooking Recipe

For the potatis gratin recipe, peel and cut the potatoes into rings. Onion cut into half rings. Mix the cream with milk, pepper, salt and finely chopped garlic. Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add the chopped onion and potatoes.

Put the pot on the fire and cook for 5 minutes. After putting everything in a baking dish, top with grated cheese. Bake potatis gratin at 220°C (430°F) for 20 minutes.
