The recipe for lamb shish kebab is very simple. Rinse lamb and cut into small pieces. Add chopped savory, mint, cilantro, onion, bay leaf and juice of half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the prepared meat tightly in a saucepan and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Thread marinated lamb meat on a skewer and fry on hot charcoal. Serve kebab with herbs, fresh vegetables, sprinkle with pickled onions on top.
