Grilled chicken meatballs (Tsukune) – a recipe for Japanese cuisine, this is one of the varieties of yakitori, so that the meatballs keep well on skewers, they are pre-boiled.

Finely grate the ginger, squeeze out the juice. Boil water in a deep saucepan, add ginger, stir and boil for another 5 minutes. Pour the formed meatballs into boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes, when the meatballs float to the top, remove them with a slotted spoon and put them on a sieve to drain excess liquid.
Boiled meatballs string 3-4 pcs. on a skewers you can fry meatballs on the grill, barbecue, periodically turning over and brushing with yakitori sauce. Meatballs can be served directly on skewers.
