Grilled chicken meatballs (Tsukune) – a recipe for Japanese cuisine, this is one of the varieties of yakitori, so that the meatballs keep well on skewers, they are pre-boiled.
Finely grate the ginger, squeeze out the juice. Boil water in a deep saucepan, add ginger, stir and boil for another 5 minutes.
