Vegetable bora is a recipe for Azerbaijani cuisine, a very simple and tasty dish that can be served warm or cold.

Recipe Ingredients

Eggplants 300 g
Potatoes 200 g
Tomatoes 150 g
Onion 100 g
Vegetable Oil 2-3 tbsp
Mint 3-4 leaves
Dill 1-2 twigs

Cooking Recipe
