For the crispy chicken wings recipe, grind the garlic in a mortar with salt and vinegar. From the washed wings, cut off the extreme phalanx and cut them along the joint. Mix prepared wings with garlic mixture and set aside for 2-3 hours in the cold. Lightly crush the flakes, lightly beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
