Machanka is a recipe of Belarusian cuisine, this dish is usually served with pancakes and pickled vegetables.

For the machanka recipe, dry the flour in a pan, add the butter and grind, pour in the hot broth and mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps. After pour in sour cream, salt and pepper.
Simmer the smoked pork ribs for 5 minutes, then add vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. Transfer the pork ribs to a pot, add finely chopped and fried onions.
Also add the sliced sausage, pour over the sour cream sauce and place in a preheated 200°C (390°F) oven for 5-10 minutes. When serving, sprinkle machanka with chopped herbs and fall with fritters and pickled vegetables.
