Stewed duck - a recipe for Chinese cuisine, the duck can be served with vegetables and the warm sauce in which it was cooked.

Recipe Ingredients

Duck 1.5 kg
Onion 2 pcs
Sugar 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 100 ml
Garlic 6-7 cloves

Cooking Recipe

For recipe of Chinese cuisine stewed duck, wash the poultry and remove excess fat. Put the duck in a deep saucepan, cover with water and put on a strong fire. When the water boils, remove the foam, reduce the fire and cook the duck for 30 minutes. Finely chop one onion. After the time has elapsed, remove the duck and rub it with salt from the inside, pour in one finely chopped onion and fasten the belly with a toothpick. Place the duck back into the broth and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

Pour 2 cups of the broth in which the duck was boiled, finely chopped remaining onion, chopped garlic and other ingredients into a brazier, mix and bring to a boil.

Transfer to a roasting pan and simmer the duck over medium heat until the duck meat is tender. If the broth is not enough, you can add it.

Ready stewed duck put on a board, let cool slightly, and then cut into portions, pour hot sauce in which the duck was stewed, and serve to the table. You can also serve warm sauce by pouring it separately into a bowl.
