Cooking Recipe

The recipe for cold pasta with spinach pesto is very simple. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and put on the fire, when the water boils, put the spinach in the saucepan and blanch for one minute. Then put the spinach in a blender glass, add peeled almonds, pine nuts, pour in olive oil and beat until smooth.

Boil the pasta in a large amount of salted water until done, then drain the water, leaving a small amount. Transfer the pasta to the same pan, put it on low heat and dry.
