Cooking Recipe
For the tuna lasagne recipe, you first need to prepare the sauce for the lasagna. Peel and chop the onion. In a heated deep frying pan, fry the onion in butter until slightly golden. Add flour to the onion, and, stirring well, fry for 2 minutes. After gently, not forgetting to stir, pour in the milk, season with salt and pepper. Once the sauce begins to thicken, add the mustard, grated cheese and tuna cut into pieces. Simmer the lasagne sauce for another 5 minutes.
Grease a baking sheet with oil. Put a layer of sauce on the bottom, after a layer of lasagna sheets and again a layer of sauce, on top of a layer with lasagna sheets a layer of tomatoes cut into circles and so on. Lay out the layers so that the top layer is the tuna sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and put in the oven. Bake lasagne at 180°C (355°F) for 30-40 minutes.
