Pasta gratin is a Swedish cuisine recipe that vaguely resembles an American cheese casserole, but this casserole, in addition to cheese, includes a number of other very tasty and satisfying products. Products can vary up or down in quantity, it all depends on your taste.

For gratin pasta according to the Swedish recipe, boil the pasta in salted water, and then drain the water. Transfer cooked pasta to a greased pan. Mushrooms cut, salt and put in a preheated pan. When the mushrooms start juice, reduce the heat and let the water evaporate. Then add butter, chopped onion, chopped sausage and ham. Mix all the products and fry until slightly golden. Transfer the fried products to the pasta and smooth.
