For the Swedish potato fritters, peel the potatoes, boil them, drain the water, and mash the potatoes. Cool the mashed potatoes, then add cream, butter, egg, salt into it and mix, preferably with a mixer. Gradually add flour to the whipped puree and knead until a smooth dough forms.
From the dough, pinch off a small piece, the size of an egg, and roll it into a cake. Put the fritters prepared in this way on a heated frying pan and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. If the dough sticks, soak your hands in cold water. When serving fritters, sprinkle with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
