Pie with apples, a Belarusian pastry made from yeast dough. Apples are best taken with sourness, they will give the pie a more pronounced taste.

For apple pie, you need to cook a dough of warm milk and yeast. Cover with a towel and set aside for 15-20 minutes. After adding eggs, melted butter and sugar, mix and add flour. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and let it rise for an hour.
After the dough has risen, knead finely chopped apples into it. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil, lay out the dough and set aside in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
When the apple pie has risen, put it in the oven and bake at 180°C (355°F) for 30-35 minutes.
