Alsatian apple pie – very tasty and simple recipe from apples filled with a mixture of cream, milk, sugar and vanilla. Shortcrust pastry pie crust, which is very easy and quick to prepare.

Cream 15% 200 ml
Milk 200 ml

Wheat Flour 300 g
Egg Yolk 1 pcs

The Alsatian apple pie recipe is very simple. First you need to prepare the dough. Mix flour with powdered sugar, add chilled butter, egg yolk and mix quickly. Spread the batter in a baking dish. Poke holes all over the dough with a fork.

Place the cake in an oven preheated to 180°С (355°F) for 10 minutes, until the cake starts to brown. In a bowl, mix cream, milk, sugar and icing sugar.

Peel the apples, cut into quarters and remove the core. Make a few slits on the outside of the apple.

In prepared apples, spread in an even layer in a form with a cake cuts up.

Top the apples with a mixture of cream and milk. Put the cake in preheated to 180°С (355°F) for 30 minutes. Ready apple pie can be smeared with warm sugar syrup.
