The recipe for scones is very simple. Sift flour, mix with sugar, baking powder and grated butter. Mix everything well and grind into crumbs.
Then add the cream to the crumbs, pour in the milk and quickly knead the elastic dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 cm and cut out small circles.
Grease a baking sheet, put the circles cut out of the dough and bake in preheated to 190°С (375°F) for 10-15 minutes, until light golden brown. Serve scones hot, with cream, butter or jam.
