French pear pie – a French cuisine recipe, pears in red wine are used for the pie. The amount of dough is based on a mold with a diameter of 20 cm.

Recipe Ingredients

Wheat Flour 154 g
Soda 1 tsp
Butter 175 g
Sugar 100 g
Walnut 200 g
Eggs 4 pcs

Cooking Recipe

For a French food recipe pear pie, mix flour with soda. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Chop the peeled nuts and combine with whipped butter. Then beat in the eggs, and, without ceasing to beat, add flour and soda.

Cut the pears prepared in advance in half lengthwise. From the halves, using a teaspoon, cut the core and seeds.

Line the baking dish with paper, put pear halves on the side, pour in the prepared dough and place in an oven preheated to 180°C (355°F).

Bake pear pie for 75 minutes. After baking, cool the pear pie, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
