Mousse with white chocolate and strawberries – a French cuisine recipe, in the summer season, when there are a lot of berries and fruits, it is very good to cook a light and delicious dessert from chocolate, berries and eggs.

Strawberry 100-150 g
Sugar 50 g

To cook a French cuisine recipe, white chocolate and strawberry mousse separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks with a pinch of salt. When turning the bowl, the whipped egg whites must not drip down the sides of the bowl.

Melt white chocolate in a water bath.

Chop the strawberries with a blender or grind through a sieve.
