Kissel from Red Wine – a recipe for Moldovan cuisine, it is advisable to take dry red wine for jelly, but you can take other red wine.

Recipe Ingredients

Red Wine 750 ml
Sugar 100 g
Corn Starch 2 tbsp
Water 400 ml

Cooking Recipe

For the Moldovan recipe red wine jelly, pour sugar over wine and put on a slow fire until boiling.

In a separate bowl, dilute starch with water, and when the wine boils, pour it in a thin stream, stirring constantly.

Without ceasing to stir, cook the jelly over low heat until boiling, about 5-7 minutes, and then remove from heat.
