The Chisinau-style zrazy recipe is very simple. Remove the crust from the bread, soak the crumb in milk. Cut the silver carp into fillets and pass through a meat grinder. Combine minced silver carp with soaked bread and again pass everything through a meat grinder. After adding the egg, salt and pepper, mix everything well.
Separately, prepare the filling for zrazy in Chisinau. Onions and carrots, finely chopped, can be passed through a blender, fried in butter. Boil eggs, chop and combine with onions and carrots.
