Sorcerers is a traditional dish of Belarusian cuisine made from potatoes and minced meat. Sorcerers are cooked quite simply.

The recipe for sorcerers is very simple. Peel raw potatoes, grate and transfer to a sieve to drain excess liquid. Put the juice from the potatoes on the sediment, and then pour the settled starch back into the mashed potatoes. This is done for viscosity. Salt, pepper, beat in the egg and mix well.
Mix minced meat with mashed onion, salt and pepper. Form something like belyashi from the prepared potato dough and minced meat and fry in a pan in sunflower oil on both sides until golden brown. Place the fried sorcerers on a baking sheet, cover with sour cream or sauce and bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 30-40 minutes .
