The recipe for gluten free cauliflower is very simple. Prepare all the products, wash the cabbage and boil until half cooked without dividing.

Cut the prepared cabbage into layers, but not thin, approximately 0.7-1 cm. It is not necessary to prepare the cabbage in this way, it can simply be divided into inflorescences.

Mix eggs with cornmeal, cornstarch, dry garlic, salt and pepper. Then add water and mix everything well. Dip chopped cabbage into the prepared batter.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add cabbage and fry on all sides until golden brown over medium heat.
