Carrot-apple mousse can be cook quickly and easily. Boil carrots and rub. Remove the core from the apples, boil, drain the broth, and wipe the apples.
Combine apples with carrots, apple broth, sugar and citric acid. Soak the gelatin, and then add to the mixture and bring to a boil. Cool the warm mousse to 40°C (105°F), and then beat into a foamy mass. Pour carrot-apple mousse into molds and chill.
