Recipe Ingredients

Wheat Flour 400-500 g
Water 200 ml
Lamb 300 g
White Onion 3 pcs
Sesame 2-3 tsp
Vegetable Oil 1-2 tbsp

Cooking Recipe

For the recipe samsa with meat from flour, water and salt, knead a stiff dough, cover with a damp cloth and keep warm for 30-40 minutes. Fat tail fat (200 g) melt and cool slightly.

Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll out thinly, grease with melted tail fat, roll into rolls, wrap in film and put in the cold for 1 hour. After the time has elapsed, cut the rolls into 4-5 parts, flatten each part along the cut line, roll into a thin circle.

Finely chop the lamb pulp and the remaining fat tail fat or twist it in a meat grinder. Mix prepared minced meat with finely chopped onion, cumin, salt and pepper.

Put a small amount of minced meat in the middle of each circle of dough, connect two opposite corners of the dough to make a triangle. Pinch the edges of the dough, samsa transfer to a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 200°C (390°F ) 30 minutes. Serve hot samsa.
