Homemade noodles with meat (Naryn) - a recipe of Uzbek cuisine, this dish is usually prepared in large quantities for holidays and celebrations. The original recipe does not use meat, but horse sausage.

For the recipe homemade noodles with meat, lamb, preferably with a bone, pour cold water in the amount of 3 glasses and put on medium heat. Boil the meat for 2.5-3 hours over medium heat, and after being ready, remove the meat, separate from the bone and cut into strips. The broth does not need to be poured out, it will still be needed.
Dissolve salt in a glass of water, knead a stiff dough from salted water and flour, roll into a ball, wrap with foil and set aside for 20-30 minutes. Then roll out the dough into a layer about 3 mm thick and cut into strips 3-4 cm wide and 15-20 cm long.
Boil the strips of dough in the broth for 15-20 minutes, remove the finished strips from the broth, cool and cut into strips, after brushing the strips with vegetable oil.
Mix meat with noodles, thinly sliced onion, cumin, pepper and salt, place in a deep plate (kasa) a slide, pour hot broth and serve.
